If you want to remove abdominal fat, you should remember that your choice of fitness regimen has something to do with your fitness outcome. hmm, hindi ko alam kung tama sasabihin ko. pero eto kasi yung naiisip kong way. nasa sayo kung gagawin mo. wala ako basis nito. hahaha.
sit-ups, pero paside. may mga videos sa youtube ata. yung proper way ng pag-situps targeting yung fats sa tagiliran. pero hindi ko alam kung tama. hahaha. safe. Quote:
